Itchy red spots

Hi I have red spots on my shoulder and it's spread across my chest as well. They are very itchy and been there a month or so. I don't have any allergies 

Any ideas about what cream to use? 

I'm using sanobet N but it's not doing anything

Herpes or Shingles?

sounds like shingles if it's red spots .......  see a dr to confirm.

Had shingles a couple of years ago the worst thing by far was the post herpetic neuralgia (nerve pain after shingles) and the meds i got to treat it (Think they were some kind of anti depressants ???? Gabapentin)  still get a bit now and again in my shoulder but off the tablets thankfully

Impossible to say without a diagnosis. See a dermatologist.

 

Unless there is pain (as opposed to itch) , I doubt shingles or herpes. But there are many other possibilities.

Bed bugs, chiggers,  allergy

most likely Prickly heat from the hot weather, buy this powder.....
