100m Wall

Depends where you live, and if you don't say so members in your area can't help, it's best to get prices from local recommended people.

Ah ok thanks for the reply. Prachinburi.

Cost really does depend on many factors, but if you're seeking rough estimates to get an idea, I personally would say in the region of 75k at least.....possibly 100k+, including labour costs, for blocks.

Railings? Sorry, can't really hazard a guess on that, but would only say it's likely to take much less time to do......and therefore possibly involving cost savings because of that.

????

At least B30k labor and B35-50k materials is my guess.  Not include painting.

I used 1500-2000 baht a linear meter for 2 m block wall, and always came in on budget.  My experience anyway.  Last one built 2 yrs ago.

Do you want the wall rendered on one or both sides?

No idea on cost, but at 100m you ideally want something that retains its appearance and is (almost) maintenance free.

Thanks all for the replies. The sort of thing im talking about is a half rendered and painted block half metal railings type of thing.

Im also starting to think this has become the most expensive province in Thailand during my absence. Im getting 200-250k quotes.

Anyway thanks again all

You might try walking around and ask several homeowners who built their fence.  The local masons are usually OK.  We had 33m of this fence built for B11k labor and B12k material.  They even dug out a hedge that the fence replaced.

If you're close to Kabinburi you might call:

I used them for quite a bit of stuff big and small and they were always fair.

Thank you very much, that's appreciated. The quotes i was receiving were a bit eye watering.
