I don't like hard saddlebags. they stick out too far and limit lane splitting

Most saddle bags / panniers do not stick out much more than handle bar width so they don't really hinder lane splitting.

Looking for better skid plate or plastic covers for the under engine guard.... any suggestions? Price range?

As I feared, Big Wing Pattaya does not have the new model in stock. If I order there I can get it end of January (as they tell).

I'll try the shops in Rayong or BKK next. After the decision is made I hate to wait ????

Any update, did you buy a bike yet?

But they do tend to clobber bollards in the market! Handlebars go over and then...

Lane splitting was mentioned, not bollards.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes, I bought it. Had to wait around four month to get it.

It took a bit time to "become friends" with the CBX because I drive big bikes with much more power back in Europe.

But for my needes in Thailand it's quite perfect ????
