Can I extend the Covid-19 Insurance I purchased when entering in late June?

I came for 5 months, and purchased a 6 month Covid policy. I have an infection in my foot that hasn't completely healed. Can I purchase 30 days more of insurance until I can travel back to US? How? Thanks!

I would think the insurance company would be the best people to answer this question.

I asked the same question with tipinsure, they said no, however they said you can renew,

You choose select Thailand ( Renewal only) and choose date of coverage
