Old Man

I have my own opinions about this, but I still love Neil's music, even though he was a bit c*ntish in this situation and I think Joe Rogan rocks. Eff covid...I'm 66 and have had it and still ain't gonna put none of that sh*t in my veins. Now that we got that out of the way - let's rock on!!!

Absolutely some one who deserved to be a top performer but for some reasons the US never recognized him.One of my favorite artists, just an amazing guy.

Thanks for the link @jvs, I will watch the movie. BTW, I forgot to mention that Sixto actually won an Academy Award for Sugar Man - just another incredible part to his story.

Changes to the Billboard Top 100 [25] for the week of Feb. 13~19, 1966.

A meteoric rise to the No. 10 slot from way down yonder at No. 51 is The Ballad Of The Green Berets by SSgt Barry Sadler, who wanted to provide a counter to the plethora of Vietnam protest tunes.

My wife-beater of a step-dad returned from Viet Nam with all kinds of ammo and weapons he had sent back with the words "telescope" written on every cardboard wrapped 'poster' box he sent home - along with the Teac tape-recorder he sent. That's what this song reminds me of....

Happy Birthday Yoko Ono, 89 today!

An exceptional knitter.

The pain, the pain.

She is the poster child of great Asian women, IMO....sorry, western girls.
