NATO estimates Russia lost 5 times more soldiers in Bakhmut than Ukraine

 

NATO intelligence estimates that for every Ukrainian soldier killed defending Bakhmut, Russian forces have lost at least five, a military official with the North Atlantic alliance told CNN on Monday.

 

The official cautioned the five to one ratio was an informed estimate based on intelligence.

 

The official spoke to CNN on the condition they remain anonymous because they are not allowed to discuss this intelligence. Despite the favorable ratio, they also said Ukraine was suffering significant losses defending the city.

If anyone has noticed lately, RT's Vlad Solovyov doesn't look too healthy and has lost a lot of weight.

 

I sometimes watch RT along with Fox and OAN for a bit of light comedy, to alleviate the seriousness of the situation in Ukraine.

 

Possibly Nemesis is affecting his health in retribution for his immorality, maybe the fact  that it has become known that his son is avoiding military service or that he is almost as popular as his boss.

Possibly he is worried about assassination like falling from a window or poisoned underpants from jealousy, disgruntled viewers or Ukrainians.

How can Putin's repeated brutal and illegal military expansions into democratic Europe and neighboring countries not threaten NATO and everyone?  Not to mention threats to attack, destroy, and nuke NATO countries. Feb 24 they suggested moving back Poland's Border.

Apologies if a bit off topic, but I just started reading Robert Ludlum's book The Moscow Vector, written in 2005, that shortly after it begins describes how a Russian president ( obviously based on Putin ) is building up forces on the Ukrainian border as a prelude to invading. Seems like fiction becomes reality!

the master of breaking any and all UN Security principles/laws will be presiding over the same principles (human rights, war crimes,  aggression/invasion of a UN member with whom they signed a non aggression pact and so many more) this country that doesn't give a shxx about UN will be presiding the UN...... one has to laugh at the irony and as I said a couple times before, UN on it's current status it's obsolete, veto power should be removed from any member, voting should be passed using majority votes, not veto votes
