In Pattaya/Jomtien - Is it still required to take a COVID test to enter and eat at a restaurant?

No-one has stopped or asked me since I arrived 10 days ago in Pattaya.  I didn't even know they had that rule...

Yes, but it's multiple choice so it's pretty easy.....

Never has been required in the 3 months I've been here, except for only a couple of nightclubs that people just avoid

I was asked once when the requirement came.  My friend had done and showed photo but I told them OK we skip because worried they report me to govt if positive. even before I finished my sentence they said 'Welcome in Sir' and we had our dinner without issues.

 

Some clubs ask. For them just take a photo of a test that is negative, can show unlimited times, just change the date if pic more than 3 days old because some clubs check the date!

I keep an old negative test in my pocket if someone asks. In four months I've shown it three times.
