Ownwership of condo, family member involved.
If both of you are listed as equal owners that means half the condo is yours and the other half hers. If she passes away without a will, her half goes to neutral heirs: 50% of her half goes to you as the husband (so you already have 75% ownership of the condo and basically everything else you bought after you got married). The other 50% of her share is divided between her children and other surviving members of her family ie parents and siblings, so in the worst case scenario they can claim that part but they have no claim over your 75% of the property. It might be better to have a will, but they might also challenge the will at court. Nothing to do with Thai\foreign quota -

Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
This recent video was definitely filmed in 2024, they mention 'next year' and between 'Jan and March' filing multiple times throughout the video. It's subtle but it's there several times. I suspect the video was filmed in December or earlier, edited and then submitted for approval by those in the video prior to being released which only happened today. So there's nothing 'new' in there but there wouldn't be anyway as nothing changed recently at all. Also one of the guys answering appeared to mix up information between people living and working in Thailand and people who don't earn income in Thailand when he was asked about it being linked to immigration status, entering / exiting the country, etc - that part was very unclear. The RD guy appeared to be talking about people working in Thailand where the question was I suspect mostly related to retirees. -

different readings on your own pm2.5 meter compared to the various measuring stations available online depend on several factors. for example, whether waste is being burned nearby, farmers are burning fields, or even the wind direction, etc. my simple tip: invest in your own pm2.5 meter and keep it running 24/7. what matters most is the reading inside your house, not the one from a measuring station 30 km away ... -

Thanks. So marriage to either Thai or foreigner. It releases THB1.2M from the current arrangement, (of THB800K each). My IMM is Cheangwattana, Bangkok.
