Does anyone know if the smoking lounges/areas are open at Dubai Airport please.

Yes they are. I flew back through Dubai on July 30th.

It's one of the biggest most efficient airports on the planet, hardly like going 'back in time' at all.

I used to smoke and I couldn't wait to get to the smoking lounge.
