I knew it was moving so I have a map of were the new place is. Does any one know if it's opened yet.

Changing the subject slightly but same Soi.  Has Chow Soy shut permanently or is it moving as well.

Thanks. I checked Facebook but I must have been to early.

Ha ha, never got this place other than people pretending to read while looking at the girls across the road ????

Seriously though I just off loaded 100+ books to Lifeline donations as I couldn't even sell them for $1 each....does anyone still read books?

I do but I can understand why you couldnt sell them. Most of the younger generation cant read. If it isnt on some crummy web site they have no idea things such as books actually exist.

I think it's more that Netflix and other sites now available cheaply so why read when they can watch the movie

(I used to read a book a week for over 30 years....can't remember the last time I read one)

I am sure you are right but in the process they are forgetting how to read a book. Very sad isnt it.

It's worse than that, many are forgetting how to watch a movie, replaced by YouTube shorts and Facebook reels

They got more of a kick watching customers actually.... small side bets on how long a guy might be in there!

Yes the new place has opened, he posted it on Facebook

Why do people assume everyone uses Facebook. I don't and never will.
