Recommended Electronic Repair Centre?

Featured Replies

I have a Sony ICF-SW7600GR AM/FM Shortwave World Band Receiver with Single Side Band Reception which is malfunctioning.

Can anyone please let me know of a good repair shop around Bangkok (or Cha am/Hua Hin) area?

SONY replied my email saying parts not available.

Thank you in advance.

I’m not sure if there is Numchai there, but they come to our home and can fix just about anything and will look at it first and give you a quote. Good luck

Does it need any particular part ? What is wrong with it?

Sometimes it doesn't power on. Impossible to save stations in the memory.

As I am not in Thailand right now,  I emailed SONY Thailand and their reply was that. No, they didn't even ask what was wrong.

What I understand is  there is no parts available for your radio.
the both problems you mentioned could be faulty switches and they could be fixable by replacing switches.
You just need a creative electronic guy.
