Your example does not include 7am for one group, there is a difference. Another suggests a beer at breakfast for one group.. that is a difference. One group can go straight to work at a day job after finishing drinking. There's a difference.. 

As a pal of mine once said as the bar owner was putting stools up at 3am to close, 'It's only 3am, I don't start work until 7am, what am I going to do for 4 hours?'

It's quite surreal when I go to Pattaya and see old, bald men surrounded by young, pretty Thai women. I am used to seeing old Scotsmen in a dingy pub playing dominoes and telling war stories.

I go every year to an AA convention and often feel like inviting some of the early morning drinkers.

Drinking in the morning indicates a problem, then again some of these codgers are in a place that is far from their normal environment, they are like a kid in a sweetie shop

I don't think people visit or live in Pattaya to give a toss about what anyone thinks. Most people who visit or live here are pretty open minded and easy going. Live and let live. With the exceptions of jealous business owners and ladyboy deniers 555
