Yes. It's definitely one of the friendliest border crossings. Too out of the way to be overrun with border bouncers, which makes it pleasantly relaxed.

Nevertheless, friend who takes in many strays usually uses a vet near her village for around 1400 baht.
Asked for a quote from a "new " pet clinic not too far from the airport and was quoted 12,000 baht ( did include blood test).
You can probably guess where she went.
Spoken like the habitual pyromaniac he is... he just cannot help himself and has to start a new fire as soon as the previous one has been extinguished.
It is almost impossible for a farang to make any meaningful friendship with a Thai male. I am sure there are exceptions to the rule but on average I have seldom seen a real friendship as they are just not interested in it.
