This is irrelevant as the 11th circuit court panel, the one with 2  Trump appointees out of 3  noted. What is relevant is that Trump refused to turn over documents when asked to and lied about them being in his possession. That latter act constitutes prima facie obstruction of justice.

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so dangerous. Why on earth was Biden squirrelling away so much classified documents? With the guys alleged questionable relations with certain Ukrainians and Chinese this is quite terrifying. If we still had an impartial DOJ I expect his houses would have been stormed and all his mobile devices taken to check whether he was misusing these secrets to please his "friends abroad". This is why having a clean POTUS is so important, and why until JB corruption in govt was taken very very seriously. I certainly hope the media won't kill this story

Biden was not "squirreling away" classified information, he was using classified as part of his duties when he was VP.  Presumably some of the classified was not properly returned by his staff after its use.

 

What questionable relations with the Chinese and Ukrainians?  In answering that, try to avoid speculation about what might be on Hunter Biden's laptop.  How do your imagined questionable relations of Biden compare with the demonstrated relations Trump had with Putin, MSB, and others?
