It's part of western propaganda. Push the fear of Russia using Nukes. It justifies the west using Ukrainians to fight their proxy war against Russia.

  • Half a million untrained drunks with no motivation to fight more like. But they are motivated to steal home appliances.

  • That's a good question about the level of Thai Interest. I would say very little.  Chances of formally offering asylum? Zero. Chances of labeling Russian draft dodgers as tourists?

  • I'd say it's pretty much a complete non-issue in Thailand.

Over 80% of Ukrainians are supportive of Zelensky and the continued defense of their sovereign nation. You won't find that in the Russian propaganda media

If you are one of the few who survives briefly after Armegeddon, you can try to comfort yourself by repeating that to yourself as a mantra.

"The human race has ended it's existence.

This was 100% Putin's fault".

Are you suggesting Ukraine surrender to Russian efforts to seize it's territory? Would Russia do the same if the US threatened to use nuclear weapons against them? Should they? Your post is nonsense.

Actually you will, Russians support Putin by a greater majority 80%.  Other than that. You will find more Ukrainians left Ukraine than Russian leaving Russians leaving Russia when this kicked off. Something like 10 million Ukrainians live in Poland etc.

Of course Russians support Putin, their media is strictly controlled to Putin's agenda. The Ukrainians are in a war zone fighting for their country, lives and to rid their lands of illegal occupation.

Those were mainly refugees fleeing the Russians in the east of Ukraine and indiscriminate Russian missile and drone attacks against innocent civilians, not draft dodgers like are fleeing Russia. There's no comparison.

What nonsense. Zelensky wants Poland to deport them so he can send them to the front lines.

Maybe don't accuse others of commenting nonsense when you yourself do so!

Most are women and kids. Zelensky banned men from leaving the country. Putin doesn't stop the Russian men leaving because it's mainly the rich. He's sending Chechens, rural Russians and prisoners to Ukraine as cannon fodder. Your post is not representative of the facts. Exactly what I expect from a Russian.

If that's not nonsense then provide a link to your claim that Zelensky wants these millions of Ukrainians in Poland deported to fight on the front lines

Why would Russians leave Russia, there isn't constant bombing or a war in Russia. What a bizzare statement.

What? We need a source for that otherwise I'm not buying.

Because they'll be drafted and sent to Ukraine.

I'm not Russian. Or from eastern Europe. As for facts, they will come out when Ukraine have lost the war. It's not your fault. You are just spouting propaganda talking points.

Public uproar is soaring all over Europe as the politicians are feeding Ukraine with billions in Cash and weapons with absolutely no control on where and how the the money and arms are used.

Retirement pensions and retirement criteria  in France are under tension and  other countries like Spain who had to abide to the ordres from Bruxelles and not increase the meager spanish retirement pension,

People are getting fed up with all the money spend and all being done for Ukraine, whereas the pensions of retirees are not being adjusted to inflation all over Europe.

One definiately has to help people in trouble, no arguing about that and no misunderstanding to help all the victims of wars should it be Ukraine, Palestine or Russia. Humanitarian aid is in the European DNA and it is cultural to be generous to all.

But first one need to look after one's own... and that if far from the case in Europe.

American domination  and sanctions are stongly annoying the people in Europe despite the smiles and hand shakes from their politicians. People are angry in seeing the USA selling their gas and oil of schist at 3 times the rate to Europe. More absurd is that Russian gas arrives in Europe via China who transforms it in liquid and resels  to Europe at a profit. The sanctions against the cheap russian oil imposed by the USA are utterly useless towards hitting Russia.

They plainly hurt the European consumer who has to pay the hefty price due to current speculation on the markets,

???? All seem so happy to accuse and abuse and deny while stay long away from risk to die......they think !

Skipping to the end:

"Blah, blah, blah -USA is the #1 undisputed world leader that sorts out the big jams. Europe is there -as always- to "help".

"We don't like being completely irrelevant hangers-on, but we are too cheap to buy our own tanks in sufficient numbers to protect ourselves. We don't like Russia, but without the USA, we'd already be standing in it."

"Daddy provides, but Daddy is MEAN. Boo Daddy".

If Russia wins the last thing you'll get is the truth.

It's cool that we have Russian partisans here.

That spices things up.

Yet, you definitely will find such in the Western propaganda media.

The Russian says he works for the Kremlin  and he's on his way to go learn.American propaganda techniques.

"What American propaganda techniques?" says the American.

"Exactly"  the Russian.replies.

I see this constantly in these Ukrainian threads.

Thailand doesn't have a social security system to protect its citizens from an economic downturn.

You seem to be a real expert on the right info not only on the war(s) but also on Thailand:

Thailand does have a social security system - everybody knows it under Pakhaan Sankom. And this system protects its citizens - among other problems - from an economic downturn as it was heavily applied during the pandemic.  Few months ago I mentioned here few details about that, debunking a similar (usual) silly comment. And even now there are some contributions for travelling as for reviving local tourism to substitute for the foreign arrivals.  Does it exist in other developed countries?

Not many falangs know about that, do they care about that?  And if they have a wife/GF and she knows it, perhaps she rather keeps quiet in order not to reduce her monthly income getting from her husband/BF.

There is no opposition party left. Most of them were finished last year. Of course on the pretext they were pro-Russian:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/mar/20/ukraine-suspends-11-political-parties-with-links-to-russia

And just yesterday one of the remaining in up-country:

https://kyivindependent.com/news-feed/ukrainian-courts-ban-russian-aligned-party-of-regions

(The most known leader Medvedchuk - who was jailed and later exchanged - was seen yesterday in the audience at the Putin's speech)

What's your best estimate of Dodgers v refugees? The ratio is microscopic.

You can't escape Kremlin trolls anywhere nowadays.

Russia is being militarized, becoming more and more totalitarian each day and preparing for a long war. This might be only the beginning. Expect possibly decades of war and hostilities between Russia and the West.

Wow. That's a lot.

First 5 paragraphs seem to show a naivete of how governments work. They are biased towards the power, money, and influence - of course there will always be money for the military over citizens needs.

In the sixth paragraph you don't seem understand international trade or supply and demand. By letting the Chinese refine the gas rather than doing it domestically Russia helps balance it's trade deficit with China. Gas and oil prices were going up after Russia invaded whether it was USA or Martians selling it.

Human loss on the battlefield was never an issue in Russia. Not under the Tsars, not under Stalin. Plenty of "cannon fodder" available. What we call "cannon fodder" are declared "National Heroes" in Russia after every war.

Very very true.  Not a single conflict in Russia's long history has ever been concluded before at least a half million russian troops have died.  Russia has always just "thrown bodies at the problem".

To date, this time around, Russia is only in for a couple of hundred thousand body bags so far.

This war is only just getting started and has a very long way to go.
