Yellow card? Red card? Or was it only a small missunderstanding solved with a wai and 500 baht?

My understanding is that only applies to aliens as a totting up thing so they can be deported and blacklisted. Thais not included as it is always someone else's fault, no matter what they do. For example, was the gun used in this instance Thai-made, or manufactured by a foreigner so then it's their fault.

Because they are insecure, fragile Thai male wimps who cannot accept loss of face, even for something as trivial as a parking spot!

Man arrested after firing gun in Phuket hospital grounds in row over parking – VIDEO

By Peter Roche

Police in Phuket have arrested a man for allegedly firing gun shots in a major hospital car park in a brief dispute with another driver. According to a Phuket Express report, 31 year old Mr Tanakorn was arrested following the incident at Vachira Phuket Hospital on Tuesday morning.

It’s understood the shooting took place on the fifth floor of the parking building at Vachira Hospital, on Yaowarat Road, the island’s largest public hospital between Samkong and Phuket Town.

Interviewed by police, Tanakorn says he was attempting to park his pickup truck but was having difficulty and was therefore slow. The driver of a car waiting behind him began honking the horn and a verbal dispute ensued.

NB. Tooting a horn in Thailand can be taken very seriously by the tootee, regardless of the reasons by the tooter.

It’s understood Tanakorn finished parking his truck and the other car drove off. In the video clip Tanakorn can then be seen reaching for a gun and shooting in the direction of the car as it speeds away. An unidentified woman who was travelling with Tanakorn can be seen trying to calm him down. You can play this video news report below on YouTube…

The suspect told police he was angry at what he perceived as rudeness from the other driver, blaming him for starting the row. He has also admitted to suffering from depression since his father killed himself with the same gun last year.

No injuries have been reported in the incident.

I'm not condoning his actions, but someone sounding their horn while you are having parking difficulties and has no patience, well he was being an A hole.

What a dolt looked like he left it in Drive, if you look at the vid when the cop leans into the car, you can see the shift, then Mrs. Dolt tries to stop it, while he leaning against it could have been a hospital case himself, But Fair play He did a good job on parking init.  :cheesy:
