Generally a motorbike taxi is between 40 to 100 Baht to most places in Pattaya. Bolt is comparable in price.  My friend is a motorbike taxi driver and is lucky to make 300/day so try not to take undue advantage of them; a tip above the charge is always welcome.

Years even today I've nevered had a problem with the M/C I don't use Bolt.

I come out 10-20 baht difference I'm off I tell them politely need to go ? 60 baht never had a problem. Any  attitude or stupid amount I act as if I never heard them.

Baht bus I just walk across the road to Makro.

The slow old guy could be a plus.  I always choose an older motorcycle taxi rider - the fact that they have survived into later years suggests to me a lower likelihood of an accident.

Well let us say I cut back my personal use of my motorbike for the opposite reason. One driver took me all around the houses recently as the police were out on the main road checking for helmet use.
