Pattaya – A teenager has sustained head injuries after being hit with a rock in a wild Pattaya market brawl which involved both gun shooting and bomb throwing.

The Pattaya City Police were notified of the incident just before dawn on Saturday morning (April 22nd) at the popular Poethisarn Market in North Pattaya.

They and the Pattaya News team arrived at the scene to find a 17 year-old male teenager who is a staffer of a fruit stall bleeding heavily. His name was withheld due to his age.

Ms. Warunee Nang Ngam, 29, the fruit stall owner and the injured teens employer told police that her staffers had a problem with another group of teenagers during Songkran.

Guns being fired and bombs being thrown but only 1 person hit with a rock?

Disappointing, ain't it? We want more blood & injury. Where's the entertainment here? Pfft.
