90 Day Report Online - How long pending?

Featured Replies

I just did my 90 day report online for the first time. I always go into the office so this is new to me. It was due May 1st and I did it early on April 28th. How long is the status typically pending?

  • Ok. Of course I won't try. With online working why should I try last minute. I always enter two weeks ahead. Four or five per year from the desk who cares.

  • Not true anymore, it was changed a year or two ago so you can now submit your online report up to the due date.

  • No, they go to the local offices.   Which is why I can't do them. Mine refuses to accept online  and mailed in reports(and not coincidentally demands a bribe to accept them in person).

Lately with the Songkran holidays back up its 3-5 working days I would say.

I just submitted mine on the 18th. April and did not get approved until the 24th. This was a little bit longer than they usually have been taking.

Call yourself lucky if it is confirmed.

See post above, it should be done no later than a week ahead.

Good for you!!  Most of us its not that quick, as the OP pointed out.

Did mine at the beginning of this month and it took ONE minute, I could not believe it.

In the past it has taken around 3 to 4 hours.

This is via Jomtien.

Mine was rejected a few days ago for not giving them enough time.  Yes you can submit it up to the due date but that doesn't mean it will get approved.

I got mine the same day and right after they opened from the Songkran closures.

Do we know who approves these online requests? Do they go to one office?  I suspect that there is an office that does nothing but approve/disapprove 90-day requests.

I don't think the local offices ever see them unless they look for them in the system.

Jomtien is normally same day and usually within 3-4 hours.

Always depends on which immigration office and how backed up they are. Being excessively closed for 5 days over Songkran seems to be the excuse and has gotten them in the weeds...more so at particular locations than others.

They go to your local IO. It says so on the receipt.

My reports are usually approved in hours.

That requires some efficiency.

Have you visited Jomtien Immigration recently?

I don't live in Jomtien. I live in Buriram.

Did they actually state that as the reason for rejection?

I live in Jomtien.  I cannot believe that anyone there processes these requests.

So who does approve them? The tooth fairy?

Then again you tend to not believe facts, and then attempt to challenge them.

I see, you are one of those. I already wrote that I think there is an office that centralizes all these report approvals.  Perhaps you didn't read it or maybe you misinterpreted what I wrote.

There sure are a lot of lucy goosies here who tend to ignore statements of fact.

Is the tooth fairy for hire?

You are right. I am one of those who know what I am talking about.
