Really?

Do you have a link to a poll or something for that?

https://www.census.gov/newsroom/press-releases/2022/2022-population-estimates.html#:~:text=DEC.,components of change released today.

Note: Updated on 12/22/22 at 2:15pm EST. Changes are in bold.

DEC. 22, 2022 – After a historically low rate of change between 2020 and 2021, the U.S. resident population increased by 0.4%, or 1,256,003, to 333,287,557 in 2022, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Vintage 2022 national and state population estimates and components of change released today.

Would you like to even guess how many of the 333,287,557 US population you would think are the most that agree with you thoughts?

bear in mind it would need to be more than 170 million people.

What's with the population news?

The same ‘Corporate America’ that was given a $1.3Trillion tax break by Trump.

Go figure.

Makes you wonder what Biden (well, his handlers) has promised. Because I doubt they are supporting him for his economic genius.

Like so many things it depends on a poll.

To get the result that you want in a poll you need the answer before you start. Then you choose the questions and then you choose the people you believe will give the answers that you want.

That way you get the result that you want, by asking a minimal percentage of the people you have chosen.

Great! That explains everything. Thanks.

It does depend on the poll and sometimes who carries it out, that's why this site is by far the best. It takes the averages of dozens of the latest polls and gives a far better picture of the true percentages. Currently Biden has a 43% approval rating. Trump at the same time of his presidency was 38.6%

This aggregator is also good. They have more features, such as electoral college simulations, and better graphics.

I care because the strength of the USA is critical to the free world. Right now America is being badly led by Biden and is in decline. Most Americans can see that now.

Seems like joe Biden forgot that he went to Ireland two weeks ago and a three year old boy had to remind him of his last trip abroad

When asked by a Child what was the last Country he visited, Joe couldnt remember

Joe Biden appears to forget his recent trip to Ireland

Well to be honest, while working a protective detail for a now former Senator, we traveled to over 15 places in 20 days, and I could not remember where the next to last place had been.  Biden is not the first or last person to loose track of where he/she has been in a short period of time when many locales are visited.

The POTUS or any person with a powerful job really should have a better memory .

Like, he cannot even remember going to Ireland , so he wouldn't be able to remember what was spoken about .

"Joe, how did the meeting go with the Irish PM"

"Which meeting was that , when did I meet him"

"When you went to Ireland"

"When did I go to Ireland"

Best way to get the results that I can think of.

I try to ignore most polls, as I am a disbeliever in the results, due to the fact that they can be manipulated to get the desired result, by whoever commissions the poll.

As an example there are polls running in Thailand saying that the UTN and the BJT are doing very well at he same time that there are polls saying both parties are in the also rans.

Which one is correct?

Judging by the guffaws it looks like the rest can't, or don't want to. What a shame. No wonder the country is in such a mess.

Perhaps they are right and you may be wrong.

It depends so much on the poll results and what each individual wants to believe.

Like you, I don't give polls much credit, Bill. But there's too much pressure for links here.

I try to provide a link if I can, but if I cannot I usually read the post but don't reply.

One problem seems to be that some posters make ridiculous unfounded claims  which are patently false, and either cannot or will not back them up.

It's really the only bad trip I get on this board.

Not wildly false at all, and there is a reason that "advisors and specialists" in the media field are used extensively to "train" prominent figures in politics and industry, and the reason I know is because I have undertaken that training when working for a huge American company, when facing reporters.

I also was a friend of a Prime Minister at a later time, and she said that her "advisors" knew which journalists were going to be problematic, and often asked for their questions beforehand.

One more snippet of information for you.........during this media training you are trained never to fully answer the question put to you, but your main aim is to put across what you and your organisation have done, highlighting the positives, with perhaps a slight reference to the question at the very end of your answer.

So always get your positives across/what you want to say, is the mantra.

Sounds like snow job training to me.

Have to laugh at the tread title. If Biden's media protection is "back" then is this the MSM now admitting the conspiracy theory that the media is covering for biden is not a conspiracy theory at all?

I see. So are you saying that there is/was no such thing as the "media's biden protection program"? You think the media has treated biden the same way it treated his predecessor?

Why won't biden take a cognitive test? Supposedly it's super easy, Right? Folks make fun of trump taking it but ole joe won't do it, Why????

The question is not why doesn’t Biden take the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test, it’s why was Trump rushed to the Walter Reed in the middle of the night to have the test administered?

The attempt to deflect from this reality is what’s behind the ‘projection’ tge rightwing are engaging in.

I agree, the title of the thread is a misnomer.  Biden's protection can't be 'back' because it never left.  He has always been coddled, even as VP.  "Just Joe being Joe", "he's just a gaffe machine", the usual deflections.

It is harder to do now, with his shortcomings and health failings  becoming more apparent.  He has yet to do an interview with any major newspaper. No press conference in nearly 6 months. It couldn't be more obvious.
