To be fair the TUK TUK was parked,so the bike rider at fault.No helmet every one does anyway.Better to say sorry and if damage pay for it,then no problems after that

In case anyone's interested, I recently saw this video from a Brit teacher who taught at one of the 'top' girls schools in the UK on what he noticed - even as a Brit I was enlightened by it:
