The Thai lottery needs moving into the 21st century.

Has anyone ever watched the Thai lottery draw? It goes on and on and on and on......... Complete snoozefest.

It's a bust-enhancing exercise for the girls holding up the balls.

Thailand needs something like this: this week US Powerball Jackpot Reaches $1 Billion, although with a winning chance 292.6 to 1 the odds are not in anyone favour.

"The accumulation is only limited to two consecutive cycles, after which any unclaimed rewards from the previous month will be taken as state revenue. "

Can't see it reaching 1 Billion baht, never mind dollars, in two draws.

So how do I buy lottery tickets "Online" ?

When the tickets were priced at 40 baht each (about 4 or 5 years ago), that was the legal maximum price that could be charged.

Now each ticket is marked as 80 baht, and I know the prize moved from 3,000000 to 6,000,000, but it is almost impossible to buy a 80 baht ticket.

Does anyone know if the maximum retail ticket price has been abolished or not ?

292.6 to 1 aren't bad odds to win $1 Billkion.
