I was just wondering if there were an US/EU lead companies in the construction business in Thailand?

 

Like maybe international construction companies that have some resembalnce of US/EU construction standards and people to oversee projects?

 

Most asian/Thai developers in Thailand make such poorly consturcted buildings, that if possible, I'd avoid them all, but also want to know if there are any developers that are from US/EU that might actually provide some good build quality properties.

Italian Thai 

Perhaps call several European embassies and ask how to cntact their locl chamber of commerce etc. 

 

Some embassies (not all) are very focused on this subject/activity because it might bring business/big business for the home companies.

 

I've heard before that the German embassy / Chamber of Commerce is very active and very focused on this subject. 

 

Other countries not interested, waste of a phone call. 

There are facebook groups where you might get better answers.

Building In Thailand is one of them.

I know they are warning others of a foreigner running a construction business that is ripping people off.
