I had to go to Pattaya Beach rd last weds and was surprised to see there were cars parked on the beach side.

I have to back on Monday, is it legal to park my car there now?

Go with the flow, if you see cars parked then you can park, if no cars don't park. Plenty of parking at Central Festival.

That's some pretty bad advice. Like saying you don't need to wear a helmet because others don't, but police can fine you anytime they want

555, If that's how you processed my posts and take that leap from parking cars to helmet wearing, more power to you.

There are SOME parking bays, but the rest of the beach side street is still no parking

Yesterday,  the upper portion of beach rd,  from dolphin circle to end of Pattaya Klang as noted there are set in parking bay. 

From Klang all the way down to walking street they just put up signs no parking not sure a events is coming?   or more work is coming. 

At Pattaya Klang and beach they just dropped off thousand of new pavement bricks removing the old they put in two years ago.  Not allowing cars to park is the reason but one can park at central festival or further down the other mall where Taco Bell is located.

Thanks after all these years one of oldest in Pattaya malls least used except for food outlets I never could remember the name get mixed up With Avenue.
