Pedo teacher sexually assaults students under 15 years old, marries one pupil

The debauched actions of a pedophile school teacher have been exposed after the parents of one of his victims shed light on the alleged sex offender in the Isaan province of Chaiyaphum. The pedo teacher reportedly sexually assaulted more than 10 students under 15 years old while trying to cover his dirty deeds with cash. He even committed bigamy by marrying one of the students he had a relationship with.

 

A victim’s parents revealed the actions of the depraved teacher to the public on Tuesday, August 8. They claimed that the community leader noted the issue but did not take any action and let the teacher work at the school like nothing had happened.

 

The teacher remained in his position and continued sexually assaulting more schoolgirls. He was caught again and repeatedly promised to leave the school but made no move. He then blackmailed each student to keep quiet by giving them money to end the issue.

 

The director of the Chaiyaphum Shelter for Children and Families, Pattranit Korkuson, revealed to the media that she and the relevant authorities visited each victim to assess their mental health after the disturbing experiences.

 

Pattranit revealed more details of the issue to the media. She stated that the suspect was a physical education teacher and had close contact with the female footballers. He grabbed this as a chance to lure the athletes into having sex with him.

What kind of scumbag lets this happen without doing anything? What kind of "parent" lets this happen and only looks at compensation for themselves? What kind of school administration allows a "caught" teacher molesting girls and allows him to return and not file charges?

This is not the 1st time. Perhaps there are many other cases in different schools all over this country. They haven't been exposed or authorities decided to take no further action. My guess is if they do take any action then many schools will be closed due to shortage of teacher.

If the authorities take no action they should be fired. if the schools take no action, their main admin should be fired. If this continues to happen, the government should do the job intended. Protect our children. If anyone did this to my daughter, he wouldn't be able to work anywhere again. Children are innocents, and need to be protected by those in charge. if those in charge cannot protect them, then hire ones will will.

It's the culture, isn't it. How many times have we read of teachers assaulting pupils, sexually or otherwise? How many times have we read of it being covered up? How many times have we read of the teacher being jailed?

Any more recent examples than one case that happened 46 years ago? And care to say where you're from and how many times that you've read of teachers sexually abusing students there and it being covered up. It's a regular feature in Thai news - and that's only the cases that come to light.

Yes. Assisting the crime by not reporting it. But he's a community leader and is therefore to be respected no matter what, the same as teachers. The culture, treating people due to their position or how they dress, is many decades behind many other countries.

I get daily news from America. This happens every week, and involving female teachers also. Difference there is that they will be fired, brought up on charges, and jailed, and if they are men, they will have a very hard time in prison. People don't get away with things like this is the US. They might get lenient sentences, depending on severity and having a good lawyer, but they will have to register as a sex offender, and everyone that wants to , will know.

This is a global problem as much as a Thai problem. In my example, Polanski is simply the most famous who got away with it. The ones I could find EASILY all relate to 2020-2023.

A bit lost in translation. I don't think that blackmail is the correct description here.  It should read "paid them to keep quiet".  Blackmailers expect their victims to pay them, not the other way round.

 

Doesn't change the facts though.  Perhaps the parents of the children will take some action of their own.
