There’s also a ‘hobby shop’ on Soi Country Club. Named RC Part. Though it looks geared towards children. Pattaya Tai store looked more like something for enthusiasts.

Pitstop on darkside for RC cars
and also as bbka stated there is a rc plane club right near the elephant village

Track there long gone AFAIK.

Shame as it was world class and used to hold international events.

thanks for the info
i wouldn't mind building something similar for my son

Yeah I used to take my nitro buggies for a blast... was closed the last few times I went in 2017.

Friend who lives around the corner told there has been no racing for years and the track is now houses.

Might pop around on Saturday and check for my self.

yeh would have been 2017-2018 when i last went by there as i moved near there
looking at the FB page it reopened in June 2017
i would expect it would take a lot of time and money to get something like that going again as a business
i will probably make a track on my land first but will consider buying a plot to make a decent track etc
what i would like to do would be have cars with 360 cams and drive by view (headset)

Pornprapanimit Road, next to Banglamung Power Station.  Picture attached; yellow car outside.

The guy used to run an rc car club.  He sells rc cars/planes and parts.  He will no doubt tell you where the nearest rc car club is.  I know there's a club in Sriracha, but he'll tell you better than me.

Honestly, I'd prefer to click the link posted up by bbko.

Really detest people that make posts to places but are too lazy to post a link...Even worse when that person opened the location on google maps to take a tiny screen grab of the place !!

Some might consider that you are the lazy one. Too lazy to make the effort to seek out Banglamung Power Station via Google in the first instance, before insisting that he should provide a link for you; under pain of your ‘detesting’ him for not providing the information in exactly the way that you wanted it.

So then some else had to make the effort for you. So who is really ‘lazy’ here and worthy of being ‘detested’?
The person who made a worthy effort to help or you who did nothing other than to complain?
