Haven't been there in a few years. Are there BB ATMs on the arrivals floor? somewhere else around at the aiport?.

 

My BB card presumably only works with BB ATMs.

Once you clear immigration there are ATM's by the baggage carousel, once you go thru customs and out into the main arrivals area, there are more, your BB card should work with any Thai bank ATM mine does?

I've never heard of any debit cards in Thailand that don't work in any Thai ATM though, especially if it has the Visa/Plus logo on it somewhere.

It has BB debit card. I'll try again with ATM from other banks once there.The link says an ATM at the "Main Terminal". That's a huge 5 or 6 floor building. Any idea where exactly is it?. 

I've used one outdoor in arrivals, so they're there. Can't remember the floor, but I'm guessing the floor where you can get a taxi.

FWIW: My BB ATM card only works in BB ATM's...

Fact:::  ATM cards, Debit cards from all Banks work in all Thailand ATM's, not just the Bank the card is issued from.

If for some reason this is as you described, then you need to change it at any Bangkok Bank Branch, as it's not functioning correctly.

A more accurate fact:  As long as the ATM displays the "PLUS" or "VISA" symbol.

There are ten (10) doors (gates), all are clearly identified. Outside facing the main passenger terminal building doors go from 1 to 10, L to R. 

 

Most banks here have ATM/Branch/Fx locators.

All normal BBL ATM debit cards work in all other banks' ATMs.  The bank does not disagree with me.  If you still disagree please detail, specifically, the ATM card that BBL has issued you that has the restriction you describe. A suitably redacted photo would be a good idea.
