Here in jomtien Pattaya area we can just walk by any coffee shop or cafe with outdoor seating, and expats are everywhere from 10am.

Easy to say hello, can I sit down, and new (enemies) friends can be made.

I usually check out the guys a few days ahead, to avoid those who always discuss politics or religion, and alpha-males and wannabee.
