Body Believed to Be Foreigner Found Adrift off Sattahip Coast

Sattahip —Local fishermen discovered a mysterious body, believed to be that of a foreigner, off the coast of Sattahip district on Saturday, September 30th.


Pol Lt Col Pongphisut Mahasetthaworakul, the deputy investigator of the Sattahip Police Station, was notified of the body at 4 PM by local fishermen fishing in Sattahip Bay, Chonburi province.

 

The body was found adrift approximately 7 nautical miles south of Koh Yo Island. Consequently, the officer requested support from the Sawang Rojana Dhamma Foundation to retrieve the body.

 

Upon inspection, the deceased individual appeared to be a white, large-built male, resembling a foreigner, according to rescuers.

    Wasn't there a Russian missing from Ko Larn after being hit by a speedboat recently. IIRC the body of his Thai gf was found but not him.

     

    It's not far from Ko Larn to Sattahip.

    That guy's body was found on rocks a couple of days later.
