I've been coming to Pattaya for 8 yrs now, probably about 25 times.  I've never had an issue with the Ladyboys in passing.    I have just have politely told them thanks but no thanks and they accept that.  I've had more issues with a few women stealing money after slipping a ruffie.   If you are polite, they will respect that.

A ladyboy crack down will be a change.  Usually they are crack up.

If I could have 1000 baht for every time I've read that on here, it would seriously boost my bank balance.

I have heard of some good results on this... complaints against retailers, and more commonly, property rental disputes.
