Pulse Living, but you may have to see one of their doctors, for your first order. Not absolutely sure though.

My GF and I mostly play, full-on sex is pretty rare.

I would hesitate to take Cialis or similar daily, all the time, where it's long lasting throughout the day or multiple days. It effects your whole system, not just the genital area. Increased blood flow is being facilitated through your entire body and that's not normal. Maybe appropriate for a romantic vacation or something, but not just everyday like a vitamin.

 

With a Viagara or similar it's effecting you just for a short duration then wears off.

Hesitate as much a you wish. We are talking here of Cialis 5mg, which is prescribed to control BPH. And it is amazingly effective as far as I am concerned.

4yrs ago I was in Nana, BKK, and got Apcalis from Chinese lady dr in pharmacy. I went to ask if it was safe. "Yes" she said so I tried.

If you're 60 and above on TRT, there's no need to concern yourself with the size of your balls and whether you can start up your own production again if you stop. You went on TRT because you have very low testosterone, so there's no baseline natural production of any value to get back to. 

 

The best idea is to go on low-dose levels of TRT so that you can minimize side effects, and once you make the decision, you're on it for the rest of your life. It's the young guys on steroid cycles who should concern themselves with testicular size and natural production as they may want to start a family.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion J.Z... I would suggest anyone thinking about TRT do their own research - learn the processes involved, the interactions of these hormones and what they actually do.

If you had a natural T production in the normal range worth protecting, you should never have started TRT in the first place. If you have a very low (below normal) testosterone production, as most elderly people do, then there is no point going off TRT once you have started, as that defeats the purpose of TRT in the first place. There would no natural T production worth talking about to go back to. The "factory" closed down long ago during the normal aging process. In old age, testicular size is not relevant, or at least it shouldn't be. Who's going to see 'em other than your wife or some hookers you're paying - neither of whom would care. 

 

The only people who need to concern themselves about kickstarting natural production are younger people using T as a PED, in much higher doses than TRT, but most don't bother and keep using T for many years, basically chemically castrating themselves and making a return to baseline production almost impossible in most cases.

That's a very lazy way to debate a subject. Why not depute some points I make and you'll find out how much I know. Also, I've been on TRT for many years.

 

You could start by explaining why ball size and sperm production should be a concern for old men. Sure, I realize that some old men want to have more children, but the older you get the more risk your children will have birth defects due to deterioration of the sperm DNA. I wouldn't consider producing children at my age, but each to their own.

Ideally, you go in, talk to a specialist about your symptoms and they tell you what's needed. It should not be up to the person to diagnosis their own condition or medications.

 

Just like repairing a car. You don't get into a power struggle over the repair. Here's the problem, fix it. Not, my engine went out, I need a new engine because of that sound that I read says it needs that.

 

The problem with Thailand is that you're not often talking to an expert. It's people that need (to eat rice).

Maybe once upon a time that was ideal as good information was not easy to find, but it is now. These specialists, especially ones in Thailand, specialize in emptying your pockets by getting you to take as many drugs as possible at the highest price and also charging exhorbitant prices for blood tests, tests that be cheaply done yourself at private labs.

I think it "could" be done in Thailand. You just need a top hospital with a top doctor where you are paying through the nose.

 

If you're paying less and going into a clinic you're not getting the same quality care. Like anything else, you're getting what you pay for.

 

I can't afford top care either. So I'm always second guessing what care I need. You get the same sort of thing with rural doctors in the Usa that the less affulent use. They rush the exam and just charge for anything and everything they can bill the insurance for.

 

The last physical I had in the Usa was a joke. We talked about taking vitamins and from there they did every blood test imaginable to bill the insurance for about $1,000 USD. The doctor never touched my body and I just sat there with clothes on during the exam. He did sign the medical form for my visa though, so I had to do all the blood tests first and he only signed it after that and after he was sure all the insurance billing went through ok.
