BANGKOK, Jan 17 (TNA) – The prices of raw milk have seen an upward shift, resulting in additional expenses for consumers, especially those purchasing 1-liter packs of fresh milk.

Mr. Wattanasak Sur-iam, Director-General of the Department of Internal Trade under the Ministry of Commerce, revealed that the department has approved an increase in the prices of milk and milk products. The decision came after consultations with the Thai Dairy Industries Association and Dairy& Foods Industry Association, and companies engaged in the production and distribution of fresh milk and milk products.

When fresh milk was in short supply a few months ago , I started buying

dried full fat milk produced in NZ , rehydrated it's much better than local

milk , the NZ cows are out in green pastures ,so make a better quality milk ,

That's also what I started doing recently, so would be interested in where you buy and at what price.

Currently have Diary Rich from Shopee at 220 bht/kg.

That takes me back to my early days in Singapore when powdered milk was the only option.

Blame the coffee shops.

Blame STARBUCKS maybe, for their vile bastardizations

Macchiato means stained, or streaked. Nothing more than a  a splash of foam on top

Not a full cup of milk drink indistinquisible from a caffe latte!

Apologies ...  :cheesy:

Black Coffee at home, and Cappuccinos when out.  :coffee1:

If that was a weak attempt at humor, then it was a miserable fail.

No, it is too cheap. Almost all over the world, the farmers have to struggle to get profit in their business.
