The Rottweilers keep the human scum away from me , nobody dares to come close when I take them out . I am grateful for that . Altogether me and my wife take care for 21 dogs in our walled in properties . All females neutered of course . We rescue mistreated and tortured dogs just like this one : He is now healthy , but he is so afraid of people that even me , after 3 years that we take care for him , cannot come near him . People who mistreat and torture dogs , are no humans , they are humons , Human monsters ... to hell with them . All dogs bite eventually and all any of them want is food, pests the lot of them even if only for the barking. Thais make particularly bad owners some never let dogs out at all leaving them at home all day while they are at work. When it comes to millions of half dead soi dogs the kindest thing would be not to feed them, but to finish them off. Sentimentality and religion does not stop widespread animal cruelty here, there is another reason why dogs, even filthy diseased soi dogs are a protected species, most know what that is. Doing nothing could be considered abusive and is harming a suffering animal. Neutering them could help unborn dogs not suffer, but the existing dog is still suffering. Sometimes as a dangerous rat pack. There was a plan a few years ago. Ownership and responsibility combined with a small tax. The ownerless dogs could have gone to the dogs.
