Nope, I consider The Times of Israel the same as you think of Al J same same, or just more propaganda

One obvious difference would be the TOI not being owned by the Israeli government, and often running stories critical of it, or running against it's positions. You cannot say anything of the sort about AJ.

So basically, just your usual clueless, pointless, knee-jerk reaction.

Where did you get the notion that Hamas is into a two-state solution?

Maybe he watches/listens/reads most any mainstream media outlet. They seem to all "condemn" Hamas BUT, and they seem to all be calling on Irael to negotiate a two-state solution with Hamas. The never seem to say anything about Hamas having none of it.

What do you mean by Boom Boom, this incident has already been discussed in the correct parallel topic

I think he''s celebrating the death of the Israeli reservists, and Hamas 'scoring' a point.

Obviously, it had nothing to do with the post he replied to...

From the article quoted.

“We share in the grief of their families for the heavy loss, and know that the pain is too great to bear,” Halevi said.

Seems that when it happens to thousands of Palestinians it's OK, but for a few israelis it's a catastrophe.

Gazan families have been suffering the same thing for 3 months, but so far no expression of sympathy from Halevi.

The Israeli army says 24 of its soldiers were killed in Gaza on Monday - the deadliest day for its forces since their ground operation began.

That includes 21 reservists who died in an explosion likely caused by mines that Israeli forces had placed in two buildings to demolish them, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

Why are you posting this here, its off topic, you already posted the same incident but from a different source yesterday in another topic, even then I pointed out to you it had already been posted in the appropriate topic before that. Last time you posted it you were obviously very pleased to hear some IDF got killed other wise you would not have put "Boom Boom"

@thaibeachlovers

He is the an Israeli army spokesperson, not the Hamas's or the Palestinian spokesperson.

I don't see you raising such complaints vs. the other side's media appearances.

For the benefit of the 2 posters that were "confused" I'm quoting CNN- perhaps that will lessen the confusion in some minds.

Jerusalem CNN  —

Twenty-four Israeli soldiers were killed during fighting in Gaza on Monday, the military said, in the deadliest day for its troops inside the battered enclave since the war with Hamas began.

"Israel and Hamas have reached basic agreement on majority of terms for a hostage release deal, according to a source familiar with negotiations. The agreement will last 35 days, during which all Israeli hostages will be released. In exchange, Israel will release Palestinian prisoners and deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to the apparent outline."

Lets see if this actually materializes

So, Hamas has definitely rejected this offer??

The sad thing is no one knows how many of the hostages are still alive. Several of them have probably died due to Israeli airstrikes or via murder by Hamas and Islamic Jihad. There have been almost no recent videos or even photos of them. One would assume that the terror groups have probably already killed the soldier hostages especially.

Just now, I have seen the post by BkkBrian that there has been an agreement on some sort of deal. Let us see if this materialises.

Dead hostages are worth nothing. Alive they are worth 100 Palestinians or perhaps more in a prisoner swap.

@thaibeachlovers wrong as usual. Hamas uses dead bodies in their propaganda videos and Israel wants the bodies back in Israel where they belong for the families to put to rest with respect. Hamas uses the dead bodies in their leverage for hostage/prisoner exchanges

@thaibeachlovers

Kinda weird, and creepy - when it comes to Palestinian casualties, you and other wannabe 'pro-palestinian' posters make a whole lot of noise about disparity. When it comes to hostage swaps, it's suddenly legit.

Do you think that one Israeli is worth a hundred Palestinians?
