Affordable hotel in Pattaya staying for 30 days!

Look for places that rent by the month, rent is cheaper cause they change your towels & linen only once a week instead of daily like the regular hotels.

Theres a good website called 'RENTHUB'

not sure if its allowed to post links, but if you search renthub pattaya, can browse hotels and pick your monthly room rate in the filter.

They are usually 8000 to 15000 for 30 nights but you can go cheaper if you wish.

Buakhao there are many choices, a friend recently stayed at Yellow House, less than 5k a month + elec and water. Of course tastes vary so best to stay a few days and look for yourself

The farther from the night life, the less expensive.

My advice: come to Pattaya between June and September. Everything 50% cheaper.

There are a few places on Soi Honey that might fit the bill, like Intown Inn. Good location. Towards 2nd Rd end, if they haven't been knocked down to build shoebox condos yet.

Any tips or advice which hotel to look for longer stay - budget less than 350 euros per month or 12.500 baht.

Thanks

Beesplace is nice on soi lengkee, normally 600 baht per night, you maybe can negotiate for staying one month

yes, I gave that website first here ages ago to many folks looking for rooms.  Likely that's where you got it from.

OP .... many hotels in Pattaya for 6,000-12,000 / month.  You can get a nice place around the 8,000. Just come and look around then walk-in and book,  otherwise you don't know what it's really like, and the location, and restaurants nearby etc ...
