delgarcon Posted January 28 Posted January 28 When do I have to leave and what would be the consequences if I left a day late.
DrJack54 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Assume you qualify for 30 day visa exempt entry. That entry can be extended by 30 days at immigration office. Leaving a day late most likely no fine for one day. Any longer it's 500b per day. Either way an overstay stay goes into pp https://aseannow.com/topic/1263847-one-day-overstay/ 1

So if you arrive 31 Jan you would need to leave by 29 Feb (stamped out by immigration before midnight on 29th) Edited January 28 by Pattaya57 1

delgarcon Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 Thanks for your replies, I asked the question on behalf of my ex wife, who's coming to visit, She's decided not to risk the overstay, as she's flying to Cambodia when she leaves here.
