Report Deposit Dispute Turns Ugly: Ukrainian Renter Wrecks Thai Condo, Then Vanishes
Caught for what? Did she commit a criminal offence - or a civil offence? Scribbling on the walls and throwing ripped feather fillows around in a private property is hardly a criminal offence. Do you think the local police or Immigration should hunt her down for this? -

Report retirement extension CW - bank method
Did mine at the exact same desk on Tuesday. 1pm appointment meant no doc check, straight to the IO. I had more documents than you, TM30, lease, 90 day receipt, etc. They didn't give anything back but if they were really needed I've no clue. After I was dismissed by the IIO I waited over an hour. But the girl in the back was overloaded with people returning from earlier mooring sessions, at least I think that was the issue. -

Fear of Sleep --> sleep apnea
I didn’t read all the posts in this thread, but here’s my two cents. * If you sleep on your back a lot: that usually aggravates the sleep apnea. There is a device that you can wear at night which wakes you up when you roll over on your back, so that you can roll over on your side again. * I’m not sure if an MRA (mandibular repositioning appliance) would be something for you, that’s just for people with mild to moderate sleep apnea. I’ve had one for years and it helped me tremendously: it improved my sleep quality and I never woke up once anymore feeling as if I was breathing my last. So no more fear of going to sleep. Or of never waking up again. * Obvious lifestyle changes can be losing weight, no more alcohol and no more smoking. More exercise is always a good idea. * Also, a regular lifestyle helps: three meals a day at (more or less) set times, and going to bed at night and getting up in the morning at (more or less) set times. -

Has anyone in Bangkok checked their lungs?
In Feb I had a comprehensive checkup. My x-ray was clear. 15 years Thailand, 35 years Asia inc India, Jakarta. Kid and teen in So Cal late 60s to 80s. I'm never around air purifiers - not that I dislike them. I probably do far more walking than most in the city. I worked ten years in some great BKK schools but only one was enclosed. The rest was open campus. Same as I kid in CA. In fact, all old schools open campus in CA. Smoker early teen, young adult. 🙏🙏🙏
