Shortage of labour in the service and construction sectors

Due to declining fertility rates Thailand already lacks workers:

Meanwhile, the construction sector had a labour demand of 1.32 million people, accounting for 10.76% of the service sector's labour demand. The top 5 provinces with the highest labour demand include:
Bangkok, accounting for 29.76%
Chonburi (4.44%)
Chiang Mai (2.38%)
Nakhon Ratchasima (1.79%)
Songkhla (1.73%)
These figures reflect that while the service sector, particularly the tourism-related sector, is showing signs of recovery, the labour market is still unable to produce an adequate workforce to meet that demand. The NESDC therefore recommends that government should prioritise measures to address this issue, ensuring an adequate workforce to support the recovery of the tourism and related service sectors, as well as the construction sector.

been saying that since  about 2014, very hard to find ANY workers and in the 12  years weve been hiring  have only found 4 people who were actually  decent, the rest are  just dross, a  good 85% useless, unemployable mostly because they are bone idle.

Try some hard-working Palestinians from Gaza.

they create  massive hurdles for employees  and employers, its  not worth the  hassle for many, weve had Burmese when it was more relaxed but now its  all aggravation. They should  just give Burmese etc a  work permit for ANY  job in ANY province for ANY employer.

Israel for an example, relays almost entirely on foreign workers, be it Palestinians or Thais and other nationalities,

so when it's managed right nothing in impossible...

No, totally relevant. Why don't you relocate your business to Israel if you are so unhappy with the 'idle' workforce in Thailand. I would suggest Israelis are quite 'idle' as well as they employ all their servant labour from abroad (including the 'idle' Thais) and/or residents of Palestine (obviously hard-working folk). Maybe it would suit you well to remove your current avatar depicting the flag of some illegal apartheid settler 'state'.
