Popular Post rick44
So, after the Thaiger takeover of Thaivisa, news items now have no citations. Meaning that this comes solely from the Thaivisa/Thaiger staff. That is fine, but it takes time to obtain a reputation as a reliable news outlet. Will this help? Any normal American knows about the obduction and imprisonment of Americans in Russia. There are a few examples in this piece of Americans and Canadians moving to Russia. But no evidence of a large movement… Might this have come through the Tucker Carlson sphere, I wonder? 2 1

newbee2022
5 hours ago, Social Media said: A growing number of MAGA voters are uprooting their lives and relocating to Russia, citing nostalgia for a bygone era, admiration for traditional values, and disillusionment with the state of affairs in the United States. Drawn to Russia's perceived resemblance to 1950s America, conservative expats praise the country's Christianity, scenic landscapes, and attractive populace, with some even expressing support for autocratic leader Vladimir Putin. Despite geopolitical tensions and warnings from the U.S. government, these expatriates find solace in their new surroundings, viewing Russia as a bastion of stability and spirituality. Amidst political upheaval and societal discord in the United States, a surprising trend is emerging: MAGA voters are trading the American Dream for a new life in Russia. Motivated by a yearning for a simpler, more traditional way of life, and disillusioned with the current state of affairs in their homeland, these expatriates are finding solace in the former communist state. Praising Russia's Christian values, picturesque landscapes, and abundance of beautiful women, they paint a portrait of a nation reminiscent of a bygone era. One such individual, Peter Frohwein, 62, relocated from Atlanta to Yalta in Crimea, captivated by the allure of Russia's cultural landscape. Embracing the prospect of starting a family in his new surroundings, Frohwein lauds Russia's multilingual environment and views it as a sanctuary from the political and social turmoil plaguing the United States. Similarly, Bernd Ratsch, 56, traded Texas for Moscow in pursuit of a quieter, more stable existence, echoing sentiments of disenchantment with U.S. politics and leadership. For Joseph Rose, 49, and his family, Russia represents a beacon of hope and spiritual revival. Documenting their journey on YouTube, they celebrate Russia's burgeoning Christian identity and contrast it with what they perceive as a decline of religious values in America. Rose views his relocation as a divine calling, guided by faith and a desire to escape the moral decay of contemporary American society. However, not all transitions have been seamless. The Feenstra family, originally from Canada, encountered obstacles upon their move to Russia, with financial complications and cultural misunderstandings dampening their initial optimism. Despite challenges, their decision to seek refuge from what they perceive as the encroachment of liberal ideology underscores a broader trend among conservative expatriates. Against the backdrop of deteriorating U.S.-Russia relations, the influx of American expats raises questions about the geopolitical ramifications of such migrations. As tensions escalate and incidents like the arrest of American journalist Evan Gershkovich on espionage charges strain diplomatic ties, the divide between the two nations deepens. Yet, for MAGA voters seeking sanctuary in Russia, the allure of nostalgia and stability outweighs the risks, prompting a reevaluation of traditional notions of home and belonging. 2024-05-11 Get our Daily Newsletter - Click HERE to subscribe Traditional values?😳😂😂 Starting wars? herfiehandbag
Oh well, "there's nowt as queer as folk" as they say in Yorkshire! After all there are a couple of posters on here who openly yearn for the good old days in Germany when "Uncle Adolph" was running things! For the benefit of any MAGA readers, Yorkshire is a county in the North of England - up near Scotland somewhere! It rains a lot. The beer is quite good. Can't make cider to save their lives. Parts of the county town, York, are a bit of a shambles! Edited May 11 by herfiehandbag

Popular Post G_Money
A bit over the top IMO. They will either be used as propaganda similar to Korean War defectors and given a better life than the average citizen. Or one wrong move and end up being detained or imprisoned in Siberia. My guess is they’re only moving there for Russian pu___. Lee Harvey Oswald tried this once and it didn’t work out. 1
Popular Post LatPhrao
What a great stroke of luck for America, they're leaving and making it clear they embrace fascist dictators and Russian followers of same. Un-American to the core. Good riddance and may others follow them in great numbers. Never thought we'd see the back side, and as it turned out, although we were hoping the 'Rapture' would take them from our midst, but of course 'no cigar' there. So now they're turning themselves into expat members of a fascist state and bargaining chips when at some future incarceration by Putin regime in Russia they'll be looking to America to rescue them. Rofl, may they rot in Siberia or wherever forever. Edited May 11 by LatPhrao 1 1

rudi49jr
It just shows how incredibly dumb and deluded MAGA folk are, that they would choose to live in Russia, a country with a fascist warmongering regime, where they lock up people in penal colonies in Siberia, or beat them up, poison them or shoot them in the back, just for exercising their freedom of speech or run for office. At least I hope that when these idiots move to Russia, they wave their right to vote in the USA. Or get it revoked. 1
