Foreign Embassies worldwide are their to provide assisstance to its own citizens but thats never extended to paying repatriation costs. Out of interest someone mentioned "cheap" insurance not covering repatriation. They could send the ashes back... isn't that being close to a loved one ? Paying crazy costs to repatriate a body seems stupid to me... especially if they can't afford it. ............
