What are some options for parking in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

A friend of mine is having an issue where they have recently acquired a car but they are unable to find a parking space within their apartment complex. The apartment has only enough space for a few cars and the soi is crammed full of other cars.

From what I have been told, there has been an argument between the neighbour and the landlord of the apartment complex but the neighbour has not told off my friend yet which I believe is because my friend has lived there for a while so they are cool.

My friend is being considerate and does not want to block the path along with having to super carefully park every single time.

Are there any parking spaces or services that allow my friend to park? Prefereably without having to pay too much every time but I am open to hearing all of the options.

Parking just anywhere in Bangkok?

Not a vague idea about the area or distance from his apartment that is acceptable? Where would that be?

Or is it long term parking?

I believe around the Ratchada - Huai Khwang area.

He is looking to park long-term but hoping to not break the bank.
