Popular Post snoop1130 Posted June 13, 2024 Popular Post Posted June 13, 2024 On the night of June 12th, local authorities in Pattaya carried out inspections at entertainment venues across the city, finding no illegal activities. The raid was initiated by the Pattaya Police Chief, Pol. Col. Navin Teerawit. This operation's objective was to deter crime, ensuring the safety of tourists and local inhabitants in Pattaya. As part of the sweep, police officers formed teams to check various establishments. During their visit to a nightclub called "Yes Pattaya," they found a large crowd partying inside at about 2:30 A.M. The police ordered the nightclub to stop all activities, turn down the music, and switch on the lights. They then proceeded to verify IDs and administer drug urine tests to all customers and employees present. No one was found to be underage or had illegal substances in their body. The officers also searched the vehicles of customers parked outside the venue, finding no illegal items. Such law enforcement activities are deemed lawful in Thailand. The inspections were also conducted at other nightlife venues, with no signs of illegal activities uncovered. Nevertheless, all establishments were instructed to shut down for the night since it was beyond legal closing hours. These inspections have been part of a series of checks over the past week and a half, primarily aiming at Thai-focused nightclubs. Popular Post OneMoreFarang Posted June 13, 2024 Popular Post Posted June 13, 2024 That's great news. I guess it's time to demolish the Pattaya police station and let all those officers go home. There is just nothing to do for them. 😉 1 1 12

Well I guess that's needed in Pattaya... with all the trash bars and questionable people. can you imagine a quality tourist with wife and family sitting at a table having a meal or drink then being questioned by police... would be the last time in Thailand. 1 3 1

That's practically the only way to make a living considering there's practically no work that pays more than 300 baht a day,if you can even find work outside of rice season. It should be legal. Sex shouldn't be a crime. 7

But what should be illegal is to pay someone 300 Baht a day. Even twice that amount wouldn't reach the subsistence level. 1

thailand49 Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 Ok, everyone feels so safe now. One night out of several years they had to close. Must have been tough to stay up so late after they drove up road to their own Thai club drinking then hitting the road drunk themselves. 1
