marin
One is a city in the north of Thailand at an elevation of 310 meters, the other is on the eastern seaboard and is at sea level. The winters are cool in the north, but temperatures remain warm on the eastern seaboard. One has a pollution problem from early March until the rains start. But you must have know this. Go Gym 02 gyms Old city Good walking city. Anywhere around the Old City. 8,000 a month rooms. Modern trendy stuff near Nimman rd. Lots of small bars. Start by staying the middle of the old city then branch out.

susanlea
Parasol Inn Chiang Mai Old City. Anywhere near here is a good spot to stay. Another pretty good option for gym people is Pang Suan Kaew. It is an old hotel with large rooms. Got pool and great gym. Normally 700 baht. Fat is a type of crazy
You could look for some better accommodation than you had in Jomtiem so it's more enjoyable. They say Nimman is nice with lots of food and fun things to do. . Prubangboy knows about that. Maybe he can tell you. You could be his friend.
