Right. He got passed huge legislation during his first 2 years despite the the Democrats holding a very narrow margin of legislation. Far more successful than his predecessor was in that regard.

He is now appealing that felony conviction.

 

Nobody gets to appeal a felony conviction that doesn’t exit.

I respect Joe for bowing out of the election. Still believe that he can beat Trump. No doubt he is old but his faculties are still intact compare to the rapidly cognitive decline of Trump. I am sure Trump’s allies can see his decline but too afraid to speak out and call for his resignation. 
 

The Dems are finally coming together and just in time for the DNC. The donors are back and Kamala is getting lots of support from his party leading voices. She is rightfully calling for an open convention and she will win relatively easily as some of the candidates have endorsed her. She also may inherit Biden’s delegates. She will be in the path of least resistance to be endorsed  She has the pathway for the campaign war chest too. 

If she is formally endorsed at the convention, there is a rich line up for running mates. Shipiro and Whitmer will strengthened the chances to win the swing states. Kelly and his wife are strong advocate for gun control. Lots of intelligent and talents for running mate.
 

A united organized and well funded Dems with a younger highly intelligent woman of colour will appeal to the blacks, women and the young voters. Trump may be regretting that he push Biden out of the race
