Popular Post Scouse123 Posted August 20, 2024 Popular Post Posted August 20, 2024 Certificate of Innocence is either translated badly or is just total nonsense. He is a convicted felon / criminal. His punishment was reduced by Royal Pardon in weeks from eight years to one, which he never served a day in prison anyhow. To the normal convicted criminal, a Royal Pardon takes years to even be presented. He managed it in about two/ three weeks. Royal Pardon doesn't make him innocent. Royal Pardon is forgiveness. The only way a person can be found innocent, is to present new evidence and to obtain a retrial, and be found not guilty. So, the whole saga, is pure nonsense. 2 4

Dogmatix Posted August 20, 2024 Posted August 20, 2024 A certificate of innocence is essential because it is otherwise not clear to most Thais that Thaksin is innocent. He should carry it with him all the time. 2

She’s ready to convicted for stealing, even though she’s heavily guarded in her home, she was able to escape and flee the country, and now the icing on the cake, the guy comes back to fixes in less than a year. His daughter is the Prime Minister who would ever believe this. TIT 1

Hope you're saving up the rental payments from Pee Thaksin cos he's living in your head. "Royal pardon doesn't make him innocent". Hmm.... but an official "Certificate of Innocence" does though.

It's a badly worded / translated form which allows him permission to travel outside Thailand. To be declared innocent, the conviction would need to be quashed, and it has not been. Why aren't you getting it, is it too much for you to take in? Pee Thaksin, are you a dafty or what?
