The real question is whether Trump should pardon Biden when the new DOJ rejects the recommendations of the Hur report.  And there's no Dem controlled senate standing firmly in the way of impeachment.

So far, the Supreme Court is pardoning Trump, and the appeals process will do the rest.  He won't need a pardon.

If you feel so strong post a poll for yourself

Please show me a single criminal indictment against Biden.

Deflection, the topic thread is about Harris pardoning Trump.

Harris is a criminal prosecutor. Not too many around that are soft on crime, or issue pardons.

Jailing Trump would send a clear message - time to end the BS.

Please reread my post.

How you come up with this in response to my post is beyond me.

Why would Trump need a pardon, or even a commutation of sentence (jail) since not sentences for anything yet, and doubtful jail time will be in any sentence.  If so, on indefinite appeal till it gets to the SCOTUS.

Just another bash Trump thread ...  :coffee1:

Looking for a response if this became a reality.

Defending Trump is a contribution i guess

Explaining the legal system is not defending anyone.

The beauty of USA, innocent till proven guilty, with appeal process to make sure any conviction was legal.

Only the final appeal decision matters, not the prosecution in the press :coffee1:

Just another bash Trump thread

I mistakenly interpedted as a trump defense ...
