'Vocally anti-Trump' FBI agent leading probe of Florida assassination attempt:

Even if there was no attempted assassination as charged, the engagement with or impeding of with the Secret Service agent on the 6th hole as charged in the indictment is enough to obtain a conviction noting especially:

Enhanced penalty as charged -- Whoever, in the commission of any acts described in subsection (a), uses a deadly or dangerous weapon (including a weapon intended to cause death or danger but that fails to do so by reason of a defective component) ...

FOX is complaining that an FBI agent who doesn't like Trump is heading the investigation but guess which judge has been assigned to try the case? Aileen Cannon. The Trump appointed, Trump-loving judge who capriciously decided to delay the federal case against  Trump, for stealing and refusing to return top secret government and military documents, until after the election.

The possible consequence of that is if Trump is reelected then he can't be tried for those crimes until January 2029, if he's still alive and he hasn't pressured any of his other appointed officials into dropping the case.

Is FOX mentioning that???

Waste of time. There was no assassination attempt.

If the roles were reversed and a disgruntled Democrat had lain in wait with a gun and was charged with an attempted assassination of Biden the conservatives would be saying.

It wasn't an assassination. He's not a sniper, it's not a sniper rifle, it's not an assault rifle (or an assault-style rifle), it's obviously a hunting gun and the guy was just there waiting for rabbit season to open.

Your last paragraph  opinion doesn’t mention…

Cannon, the U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, last month dismissed Smith'scase against Trump, ruling that it violated "the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution."

Cannon said Smith’s appointment of special counsel was unconstitutional.

I think he was on a crusade to rid the world of golf cheaters, so naturally, he would start with the biggest cheater.

Remember when Cannon ruled in favor of Trump and required a special master to examine the documents. And how the panel from the 9th circuit court harshly shot her decision down?

You just don't know Marxist ideas or communist countries, do you.

You do not understand how ridiculous it is to read Magas continously repetitive Marxist accusations against the democrats.

Usa might have an unfair policestate mentality, where the poor have no chance in the court system, and the rich somehow escapes serous accusation, even murder because a glow, did not fit.

Isn't this pretty much what the democrat party says?    A lot of what is on this web page is what I read in the emails the democrat party sends to me daily.

Marxists

Can you give an example of Marxists action taken by the Biden administration?

Perhaps you've "swallowed" the Trump bull<deleted> hook, line, and sinker.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s lead agent probing the second assassination attempt on former President Trump’s life allegedly posted anti-Trump rhetoric on social media, according to a whistleblower’s account to Congress last year — though the bureau calls these claims "demonstrably false."

Far too many folks seen unable or unwilling to recognize that an individual can actually separate their emotions from an intelligent thought process. Absolutely I oppose Trump in his being, and his documented history. Could I carry out an historically accurate study of him? Sit on a jury to weigh only the evidence presented? Yes I can. I hasten to point out that I would not be chosen to sit on that trial jury ... too much education, the defense would know that I might be able to influence my fellow jury members by the sheer ability, being a retired educator, to explain my reasoning so that all could understand.

You say you are too clever to be chosen to sit on a jury. One wonders what else you may be considered too clever to undertake.

Oh, please. J. Edgar got the job because the first head of the Bureau of Investigation was corrupt. We all remember how corrupt J. Edgar was. I don't believe a single one of the heads since him have been less corrupt, and almost all agents are the same. Local police forces hate it when the feebs drop in, because they hog the glory and often spoil the cases. The Agency routinely frames people. They've never had any integrity. This guy is no worse than usual.

The FBI has always been political , it wasn’t supposed to be!

The left loves them right now!

Until its one of their darlings that gets persecuted . Imop

So good of you to twist this into an Anti-Trump campaign. But hate to tell you, the FBI lost its integrity long before Trump.

Is it possible,you misunderstood?

The story revolves around this rather shady 3 letter  organization and the higher ups that seem to have a axe to grind (allegedly posting anti Trump rhetoric on social media in the past).
How the hell does this guy get elevated to this position? Imop

I did not use the word "clever" in my post. It seems to me that you are making a judgement that I am motivated by ego. That is not true. Feel free to do some reading on jury selection. There is a reason lawyers shy away from people with above average education. Do keep in mind the average reading level in the USA is at the 7th-8th grade level.
