The Thais who stitched them up didn't think so, and obviously approved that use of police resources against the countless better uses our ANF Police Oversight Board can dream up. The law's the law. Basically, no arrests should be made, esp of any farang, even more so a Brit, and overstays permitted until the roads are just as safe as they are in the Islamic Republic of the UK, AND the Red Bull heir caught and punished severely.
