I am tellin ya, Joe doesnt want Kamala to win. If she loses, it will burnish Biden's reputation and he can always claim that he would have won IF given the chance. If she wins, his legacy will take a hit.

It all boils down to the interpretation of one word which  actually sounds the same with differing grammar. Biden has addressed the MAGA and trump's spin:
