I may like to rent short term but when I looked several years ago, the mountain-facing rooms had lots of noise and blinking lights from Maya mall and a nearby hotel bar in evenings. Is that still the case? (I am currently not in CM.) Are the other sides of building more peaceful? If so, any tips on finding a 1-2 month rental there? Thanks for help.

Currently installing noise and light measuring equipment on all four sides at five levels each.  Will report 7 day measurements next Friday
